The Leo Lucas Scholarship, named for the late Leo Lucas, a Dayton City school board member and educator who founded the OSBA Black Caucus, provides graduating ethnically diverse high school seniors funds for college.

Penn College is committing $1.25 million in existing scholarships and $250,000 in new scholarships for incoming students in fall 2021.
Encourage your students to inspire us with their story and they'll be considered for a one-time Kick Start Scholarship of up to $5,000. Students simply need to post a 30- to 60-second TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube video and tell us how this scholarship will help launch their education at Penn College.

Prospective students are encouraged to learn more about scholarships and grants as well as our financial aid process. Families have started completing the FAFSA, and Walsh will begin sending Financial Aid Awards in January to admitted students.
