Graduation Student Success Plan

In accordance with the requirements set forth by the Ohio Department of Education, all high school students must have a Graduation Plan created for the 2020-2021 school year. In order to begin creating these plans remotely, new success plans have been loaded into google classroom, and an email was sent to access them. Please complete as much as you can with the plan. We met with Cohort B on 11/16/2020 and will meet with Cohort A when we return. If you have any questions, please email Ms. Anthony

Seniors:

Remember to check your emails daily.

Please email Mrs. Schultz where you want your final transcripts sent. Include the name of the college, trade school, community college, NCAA etc., and the complete address. They will go out in June after final grades are completed. Thank you!

Please email the names and amounts of the scholarships you've received to Ms. Anthony.

Underclassmen:

Please remember to check your emails daily. If you are a candidate for CCP, please check your school emails and your YSU, Kent State or Eastern Gateway emails. Important updates are emailed.
