Upgrade to Moodle 4: Template Project

On July 28 2023 we upgraded Moodle to version 4. While the main functionality of Moodle will remain largely the same (with some new features), the overall look and feel will change. This new version gives us the opportunity to address inconsistency and standardise layout, number of sections, labelling, and other features for all academic modules by introducing a course template.
