Effective Intervener Supervision Practices
The National Center on Deaf-Blindness, in collaboration with the Paraprofessional Resource and Research Center (PAR²A Center), released a webinar on October 12, 2022. This webinar discussed how to help licensed professionals understand the importance of clear instructional plans for interveners, the critical nature of consistent, meaningful communication and collaboration, and address how the principles and practices of face-to-face supervision also apply to virtual supervision.
