Where Everybody Belongs
Where Everybody Belongs
Our WEB Crew program is designed to help every 5th grade student feel welcomed, supported, and connected to our school community. WEB Leaders are trained middle school student mentors who serve as positive role models and guides for our newest students.
Each 5th grade student is paired with a dedicated WEB Leader mentor who will check in with them monthly throughout the school year. During these check-ins, WEB Leaders offer encouragement, help students build friendships, answer questions about school life, and support them in developing strong habits for success.
The WEB Crew program promotes leadership, kindness, and a sense of belonging by creating meaningful connections between students and building a supportive school culture where everyone feels seen, valued, and empowered to thrive.
