Good Growth Hub - Creative Connect - 1:1 career guidance – for ages 18 – 30 – 4th, 11th & 25th March
Through Creative Connect, young people can access industry-specific career coaching personalised to them, to support their professional journey into working in the creative, cultural, or digital sectors. Held either online or in-person, these sessions support young people to apply for jobs or opportunities in the creative sector. This includes feedback on CVs, cover letters, and application forms, as well as pre-interview assessments. They also offer feedback on existing work or portfolios and can support young people to navigate the job market. Creative Connect is delivered via 1:1 calls and is supplemented with small group sessions with up to six other people. This programme is a chance for students to start their journey early and develop legal expertise. It is aimed at students who are curious about a career in commercial law. Delivered through three in-person 'Touch Points' and a virtual follow-ups, the programme blends skills workshops, commercial awareness, support from law professionals, and application support. Across the programme participants will develop core skills that aim to set them up for success in early applications and assessments. Sutton Trust – Residential Summer Schools – for year 12’s – Summer 2026 - Closing 5th March
This is an opportunity to learn about what life is like at one of 12 leading UK universities. Students will spend a week living in a dorm, attending lectures and networking with professors and administrators. They’ll get to meet young people with similar interests, and immerse themselves in university life, whilst gaining valuable insights into the world of higher education. There are 12 universities with over 40 different courses, from Archaeology and Anthropology to Veterinary Medicine. All with over 15 hours of teaching at undergraduate level, giving students the chance to dive deep into subjects that they are passionate about. These academic sessions will also provide them with material to use in their personal statement. In addition they will get university application guidance, taking part in workshops that will help them navigate UCAS and write the best personal statement possible. Medical & Dental Schools Council – Summer Schools (Online & In person) – for year 11 & 12 – Closing 8th March
These fully funded summer schools are for students in years 11 and 12 from underrepresented backgrounds. During the school students will receive a simulated experience of what it’s like to study medicine or dentistry. They’ll try out different teaching methods and learn what to expect when they move from sixth form to university. They’ll also gain insight into the values and behaviours of medical and dental students, as well as doctors and dentists and learn about the wide range of careers in medicine and dentistry, including specialties in demand and non-patient-focused healthcare options. They will also receive advice and support on the application process, including preparation for interviews and admissions tests.

The club is a two-day programme of exciting hands-on activities, allowing participants to get a feel for what it's like to be an architecture student. The workshop will introduce students to architectural thinking through drawing, mapping, and model making as practised at UCL. Led by academic tutors, the programme focuses on understanding space, time, and experience through the act of “unfolding.” Participants will produce a series of drawings documenting their personal journeys. The project explores the skills needed to put on an event in a collaborative environment at Rich Mix. In2STEM – In2STEM programme – for year 12’s – Starts June/July - Closing 5th April
The In2STEM programme is a free summer programme which includes, live online skills, careers and employability workshops and a one or two week in-person work experience placement hosted by a STEM professional, allowing students a unique glimpse into careers in a STEM field. There is also a public engagement competition, giving students the opportunity to express their creative side, share their newly-developed knowledge and win prizes.
The programme placements and activities will take place between Monday 20th July and Friday 21st August 2026. The in-person placements, live online workshops, and competitions will be scheduled at specific times throughout this five-week period. Participants will also be invited to a Student Induction event, between June and early July and a celebration event in September or October.
