We are excited to invite you to the second annual Bream Bay Kāhui Ako Conference!

The aim of this event is to share some of the amazing mahi that is going on across our Kāhui Ako, to connect and learn from each other and leave buzzing with the possibilities.

The event will be held at Bream Bay College, starting all together in the Auditorium for a short Whakatau and Whānaungatanga and then the keynote presentation by Ari Carrington, Local Histories and Taiao Expert who will share some insights into how local stories and places can be incorporated into your curriculum. Morning tea will then be provided, catered by our local Cafe North.

The middle block consists of two workshop sessions with a range of presenters lined up. Check out more information about them here.

A lovely lunch will be enjoyed together back in the Auditorium and then we will be taking to the streets on an Amazing Race style challenge to visit some of the places from Ari's korero.

We are really excited to have the opportunity to all come together and learn from each other again. If you have any questions, please get in touch with your Within School Leader, Emma or Alex, our Across School Leaders or Shirley, our Lead Principal.
