If you’re new to Breakthrough and are unsure about what this is, the Middle School Community of Practice was modeled after the College Access/Success Community of Practice and is designed to ensure that:  

• We are providing opportunities for TFs to report more consistent experiences across Affiliates. 

• We are providing opportunities for TFs to cite Breakthrough as a continued resource and drive for engagement in education. 

• We are providing opportunities for Affiliates to prioritize elements of the six-year model that drive long-term outcomes for students.
