Getting Organized

Before you even think of doing the first Google Search on your EE topic, jumping on JSTOR, or finding a book, you need to plan ahead: How will you keep track of your sources? How will your organize your notes? The information below will give you some options, and offer the template for your Annotated Bibliography.

We'll be using Noodletools to keep track of our sources.

The Annotated Bibliography

Two examples of what an entry in an Annotated Bibliography can look like.

The entry is concise, short and sweet, offering a quick insight into the value and purpose of the source. Bullet points for usefulness are helpful.

The MLA reference is copied and pasted from Noodletools. The annotation is added in the Google Doc I shared with students in Google Classroom.
