The Jeju Olle Foundation is a non-profit organization which was established in 2009 to develop and maintain the Jeju Olle Trail, which is a long distance walking trail on Jeju Island that is 425km long and covers 26 different routes. The Foundation works to preserve the natural beauty of Jeju by maintaining the surroundings and ensuring that minimal artificial changes are made to the environment whilst still providing us with the ability to 'play, rest and hike together' in nature's playground.
Ms Lee is a designer and is responsible for visual communications, which includes trail signs, souvenir designs, marketing and promotions. A native of Seoul, Ms Lee moved to Jeju in 2009 and fell in love with our beautiful island.

The Jeju Furey organisation is a volunteer based organisation, which was originally established to help a friend in need. They host events to raise funds to support underprivileged local Jeju residents and have a unique, fun way of fundraising, such as volleyball matches, to generate the funding needed to support vulnerable members of the Jeju community. Everyday, Jeju Furey stands in the gap for disadvantaged families and Jeju orphanages - the support they provide is invaluable and we have been so grateful to be working with them.

They use inter-Korean social and cultural exchanges to establish connections between Koreans that have been separated for over 50 years and aim to restore homogeneity to Korea. This means that they have to overcome the different ideologies of the two Korean nations, unify the language through academic and human exchanges as well as promote the mutual exchange of national art to share a common foundation of culture.
