* there fields tie together several monitoring sessions in chronological order for longitudinal analysis
Other relevant information is optional and can be entered using a fast data entry for

Vital signs and clinical parameters
The fast data entry will fill in the respective information categories as tags in the patient form and final PDF report as clinical context.
