The education received at the Baltа Pedagogical Professional College is a guarantee of high professionalism, perfect mastery of innovative teaching technologies, modern forms and methods of teaching, and the basics of pedagogical skills required by a teacher of the New Ukrainian School.
The main tasks of the college are to educate students of professional higher education in patriotism, social activity, civic position and responsibility, academic integrity, formation of legal and environmental culture of moral values, healthy lifestyle, ability to think critically and self-organize in modern conditions.
Practical training of students is one of the most important types of professional training for a future primary school teacher. Effective work on the formation of key pedagogical competencies necessary for a modern teacher of the New Ukrainian School includes the quality of theoretical and practical training of students of the educational institution.
The college has all the necessary conditions for high-quality practical training of future specialists. In addition to lessons and classes on pedagogical practice, students attend elective classes, a pedagogical workshop on preparing students for summer practice, where students are trained to act as counselors and organizers. Students have the opportunity to be active participants in field seminars and pedagogical trainings held twice a year at the college by methodologists from the State Enterprise “Young Guard”, State Enterprise “Artek”, and Artek-Karpaty-Bukovel. Here students develop practical pedagogical skills necessary for successful work in children's centers.
The team realizes that the tasks we face are complex and important. We will solve them together, because our college has all the necessary conditions for this: professional experience and wisdom of the staff, students' desire to acquire modern high-quality knowledge and professional competencies.
