Educational and Methodological Laboratory of the Bachelor's Program: a Modern Center of Educational Innovation
The Educational and Methodological Laboratory of the Bachelor's Program at the Balta Pedagogical Professional College is a structural unit that supports educational activities, promotes the implementation of modern educational technologies, monitors the educational process, analyzes students’ academic performance, and ensures preparation for the accreditation of the educational and professional program.
As of September 9, 2025, by order of the College Director, Viktoriia Andriivna Shchur has been appointed Head of the Educational and Methodological Laboratory of the Bachelor's Program and Guarantor of the Educational Program “Primary Education.”

Dymovska Anna Kostiantynivna

Methodologist Anna Kostiantynivna Dymovska performs important work in organizing and improving the college’s methodological activities. She provides methodological support to faculty in the development and updating of course programs and ensures methodological guidance for the educational and professional programs:
Primary Education (level of professional pre-higher education);
Primary Education (first (bachelor’s) level of higher education).
Anna Kostiantynivna analyzes faculty members’ methodological activity and participates in the development and updating of the college’s internal regulatory documents related to the organization of the educational process.
Among the main areas of her work are:
Preparation of informational, analytical, and methodological materials and recommendations;
Providing consultative support to faculty and students regarding participation in scientific and educational events, publication activities, international projects, and internships;
Conducting educational-methodological and consultative activities for the college’s teaching staff and students.
Shevchenko Inna Anatoliivna

Main Tasks of the Laboratory:
Planning and organizing the educational process at the first (bachelor’s) level.
Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of the bachelor’s program educational process.
Implementing innovative technologies into the bachelor’s program educational process.
Studying, summarizing, and disseminating the best practices of the Educational and Methodological Laboratory of the Bachelor’s Program within the college’s subject-cycle commissions.
Organizing and conducting planned activities for college faculty members, who are part of the Educational and Methodological Laboratory of the Bachelor’s Program, aimed at improving the effectiveness of the educational process.
Gathering feedback from stakeholders, analyzing the experience of practicing teachers, and developing recommendations to enhance the quality of the bachelor’s program educational process.
