In its continuous pursuit of excellence and commitment to evidence-based quality management, the BPSU - Quality Assurance Office (QUAO) has developed and institutionalized Quality Assurance Dashboards for Monitoring. These dashboards serve as dynamic visual tools that consolidate, track, and analyze quality performance data across various functional areas of the University. By integrating information from academic, administrative, and support units, the dashboards provide real-time insights into the status of key performance indicators (KPIs), accreditation activities, program compliance, and the overall implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS).
The QUAO Dashboards are designed not only as repositories of data but as strategic instruments for informed decision-making and continual improvement. Through these digital monitoring tools, the University leadership, committees, and quality focal persons can readily identify trends, assess performance gaps, and implement timely interventions that align with institutional objectives and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
