Select Ensemble

What's it all about?

Select Ensemble is an honors choir comprised of select members of our 6th Grade Chorus. Students must complete an audition process to be chosen as members of the ensemble, and we meet and rehearse as a group during our 10th period club period. This ensemble is typically working on 1 or 2 extra songs - in addition to what they are learning in 6th Grade Chorus - and performs together at both of our school concerts each year. The music we learn in Select Ensemble is a bit more challenging than the songs in 6th Grade Chorus, and many of these students are working with a goal of auditioning for our 7th & 8th grade Show Choir at the end of the year.
