The BJH Virtual Wellness Center is a site for students, families and staff to find resources, tools and strategies to help manage emotions and feelings during these unprecedented times.

It is more important than ever to take care of your mind and body and we are excited to be able to share these virtual tools and strategies with you. The counseling team at BJH wants you all to know that any emotion you are feeling right now is ok and normal. We have entered uncharted times and our routines and daily lives have been interrupted. This IS temporary and we will get through this and back to normal. In the meantime, please know that it is ok to be feeling the way you are feeling. These resources, tools and strategies are here to help guide you through managing your emotions and feelings. Taking time every day to address your mental health is the best way to feel better and perform better in our daily lives.
