Program Fees: Field Trips cost $10 per student (or $5 per student in September, October, and January) and $5 per chaperone.
Scholarship funding is often available to offset costs of admission and provide bus support for schools with free and reduced lunch participation at or above 35% and/or schools with a population of economically disadvantaged students at or above 25%.
Additionally, the long-running Eye Opener Program is a special, fully funded field trip program for BPS 2nd grade students--however, capacity is limited and schools who apply are selected by a lottery system (not all who apply are guaranteed a spot in the program). Every BPS school that has a 2nd grade will receive an Eye Opener application form at the end of August, and selections are made by October.
