Managerial Employees

As a managerial employee you should have received your salary in your offer letter.

Newly hired employees or those being promoted to a new managerial position between July 1st and December 31st of a given calendar year shall be eligible for their first step increase on July 1st of the following calendar year. Newly hired employees or those being promoted to a new position or receiving a pay raise between January 1st and June 30th of a calendar year will not be eligible for a step increase in the new fiscal year but will be eligible in subsequent years.

To the right is the Managerial Salary Grid. The Tier or Grade is located at the top of each section, which corresponds to your level of employment. The Step which is located under each grade letter corresponds to your level of compensation.
