As a managerial employee you should have received your salary in your offer letter.
Newly hired employees or those being promoted to a new managerial position between July 1st and December 31st of a given calendar year shall be eligible for their first step increase on July 1st of the following calendar year. Newly hired employees or those being promoted to a new position or receiving a pay raise between January 1st and June 30th of a calendar year will not be eligible for a step increase in the new fiscal year but will be eligible in subsequent years.
