Parent Language Access Service Waiver Form: Limited English Proficient Parents refusing language assistance services who don't want to change their Parent Language Communication Preference should complete this form.
Parent Preferred Language of Communication Change Request Form: Limited English Proficient parents/guardians who want to change their "Parent Language Communication Preference" should complete this form.
Consent for Telephonic Interpretation Services Form: To grant permission for the utilization of the Telephonic (over-the-phone) interpretation service during an IEP or similar Special Education specific meeting, please complete the following form.
Interpretation Audit Consent Form: If you are involved in Special Education meetings where interpretation services are provided for quality assurance purposes to ensure you receive effective and accurate interpreter services, please complete this form granting the District (OLAS) permission to sit in (virtually or in-person) to audit those meetings.
I-Speak Cards are a valuable tool for individuals who need language assistance services and want to communicate their preferred language of communication to school or district staff. These cards are available in the nine major languages of the district, with Spanish being one of them. They provide important information and easy QR-code access to the District Language Access Feedback Form.

The BPS Helpline is the Central Office support team for information, resources, or navigation when you need it most. We work to ensure our BPS Community has a reliable and transparent system for questions or concerns. Often called the "311" of BPS, we help callers, visitors, and even emailers with everything from basic information about events and activities to deeper support for problem resolution when a conflict occurs.
Help is directly available in Arabic, Cape Verdean Creole, French, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, Somali, and Spanish, with over 300+ additional languages available through our telephonic interpretation services.
