The Boston Public Schools (BPS) Office of Language Access Services (OLAS) is committed to providing meaningful access to all district services, activities, and programs for families, including those who require communication in a language other than English. This commitment involves ensuring that the District continues to enhance, implement, and maintain language access services that accommodate the diverse languages spoken by BPS families.

To ensure that the quality of the translation and interpretation services provided meets the district's and all stakeholders' expectations, we would like to hear from BPS parents/guardians. Our intention is to create a space where all parents' voices are heard and considered regardless of language. Please fill out the Parent Feedback form with your compliments, concerns, challenges, and suggestions for improving overall language access services.

To complete the form, please select your preferred language and scroll down to click next. You may also scan the QR Code on the right to use your mobile device to complete the form.

You can also print out, complete, and return the form to your school and/or send it to OLAS. The forms are currently available in the ten major languages of the District and are linked below for your convenience.
