General Education: These are classes that are designed to meet the needs of all learners. All students are taught standards based grade level curriculum.
Inclusion Classrooms: These are classes designed to meet the needs of all learners. All students are taught grade level curriculum, while services and interventions, if needed, happen in the classroom.
Students with Limited or Interrupted Formal Education (SLIFE): In this program model, students are all newcomer ELs who are ages 9 or older, have ELD levels 1 or 2, are at least two years behind their grade level peers in native language literacy, and have limited or interrupted formal schooling.
Shelter English Instruction Classes (SEI): These are classes designed to teach students’ whose primary language is a language other than English. All classes are taught in English and students are taught the exact curriculum that native English speakers receive. Their teachers utilize specialized instruction to support their learning.
Specific Learning Disability (SLD):These are classes designed for students who have a learning disability. They are taught the same grade level curriculum as students in the general education classes however they receive specialized instruction, modifications and accommodations so they can access the same material

English Language Arts and Literacy:
Grades: K-5 receive 90 Minutes Per Day in addition to foundational small group work in word study.
Grades 6-8 receive 84 Minutes Per Day.
History and Social Studies:
Grades K-2 receive 45 minutes x 2 days a week
Grade 3 receive 45 minutes x 3 days a week
Grades 4-5 receive 45 minutes x 4 days a week
Grades 6-8 45 minutes x 5 days a week, full year
Math:
Grades K-8 60 minutes uninterrupted minutes of mathematics instruction daily and an additional 10 minutes for mathematics instructional routines, including Number Talks.
ELD 1 students receive 155 mins - 2x45 min block ESL or 1x90 min block ESL Literacy Block AND 1x25 small group instruction
ELD 2 students receive 75 mins - 1x45 min block ESL AND 1x30 small group instruction
ELD 3 students receive 50 minutes - 1x45 min stand alone ESL/embed in ELA or 1x45 small group instruction
ELD 4 students receive 40 minutes - 1x45 min block ESL embedded in ELA
ELD 5 students receive 40 minutes - 1x45 min block ESL embedded in ELA
