Session Description: In this session, we will review the district's protocols regarding school-based investigations of possible violations of Equity circulars. Whether the allegations relate to bias-based conduct or sexual misconduct, school administrators must follow very specific procedures regarding informing Equity and sometimes law enforcement, interviewing parties, making findings, implementing next steps, and documenting the entire process.
