Business Math

Business Math - 1 elective credit

This course is designed for students to learn to use mathematics effectively as a tool in their business life. After students complete this course, they will be able to apply mathematical concepts in various business situations. Students will review and apply concepts previously learned in Financial Literacy and extend knowledge through investigations making business decisions and managing business finance in sales, marketing, accounting, and financial management. They will use common mathematical formulas to solve a variety of personal and business mathematics as well as apply knowledge of computer and calculator use.

(Prerequisite: Financial Literacy)
