Mrs.  Jennifer DeBello

I graduated from LSUS in 2000 with a B.S. in Mathematics and returned to school less than a year later to earn my teaching certification. I taught at the middle school level for two years and this is my 21st year teaching at Parkway. I completed my Master's in Mathematics through Nicholl's State in 2014. I am also an adjunct instructor at BPCC where I teach evening classes.

In 2006, I was awarded the Louisiana Association of Teachers of Mathematics Outstanding High School Teacher. I received  a KTBS One Class at a Time Grant. The 2012-2013 school year was a huge year for me professionally as I was honored with the Optimist Club Award, the LATM Outstanding Teacher High School Teacher and was Parkway High School's Teacher of the Year.

I live South Bossier with my husband, Ron. I have two sons, Logan and Chandler.

It is my goal to provide my students with a strong foundation in mathematics and a desire to learn now and in the future.

Mrs. Candace Impson

Hello,  my name is Candace Impson.  I want to welcome each of you to my class!  I have been teaching for seventeen years, thirteen of those years have been at Parkway High School. I have taught Pre-Algebra, Foundations of Algebra, Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, Algebra III and Probability and Statistics. This year I will be teaching Geometry and Prob & Stats . Being able to help students understand math is the biggest inspiration I have as a teacher. I enjoy seeing the light bulbs go off  when a problem or concept is finally understood. My goal as a teacher is to make sure each student walks away with the skills needed to succeed at the next level.

Here is a little bit about me. I was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana. I graduated from LSUS in 2007 with my B.S. in secondary education ( focus in Mathematics).  I live in Shreveport with my husband of sixteen years Jeff, and my two children Victoria (13) and Dylan (10). Victoria will be a 8th grader at Elm Grove and Dylan will be starting 5th grade at Curtis.  My husband is the branch manager at the Broadmoor branch of the Shreve Memorial library system.  We are active in our church, and in our community.

I look forward to teaching each of you this year!

The 2021-2022 school year is going to be great!

 GO PANTHERS!!!!
