Dear Boonton Bomber Families,

It was a week to recognize the impacts and accomplishments of many of our students!  At Monday's Board of Education meeting, the Boonton Girls Basketball Team was recognized for the achievement of claiming the North Jersey, Section 1, Group 1 State Championship.  In addition, we recognized three Boonton Bomber wrestlers for making history as champions in the Inaugural NJAC Girls Wrestling Tournament.  On Wednesday, Ben Monrad was recognized as Boonton Public School's Unsung Hero Award Recipient alongside fellow recipients from throughout the county at a gathering hosted by the Morris County School Boards Association.  Later that evening, our National Honor Society inducted the newest members of this storied organization that has been in existence within Boonton for 93 years!  It is a joy and source of pride to see our students continuously building upon the proud history of Boonton Public Schools and serving as such superb representatives of our communities - way to go Bombers!

EARLY DISMISSAL 4/3/23: As a friendly reminder, students will dismiss early on Monday as our staff will be participating in professional development offerings.

SPRING BREAK: Schools will not be in session beginning Friday, April 7 through Friday, April 14. 

GIVE BACK DAYS: The 2022-2023 district calendar was established with four built in emergency closing days.  Being that we have only used one of these emergency closing days this year, there are three remaining "give back days" in which Boonton Public Schools will not be in session.  Should we have no additional emergency closings, schools will not be in session on the following dates: April 21, May 26, and June 12.  Should we have any emergency closing dates, I will communicate as to how these days will be impacted.
