2023-2025: Staff training on the new curriculum

MAY '23 UPDATE - BHS Teachers have been trained to facilitate 9 (10 in June) SEE lessons that have been implemented on a monthly basis this school year.   In the coming school year, Emory will continue to build its library of SEE materials and will provide modules for continued staff training and implementation of new lessons.  Therefore, students will not repeat lessons from year to year but they will receive reinforcement of core concepts.  This program is at no cost to the district and provided through a partnership with Emory University.  For the 23-24 school year, K-8 counselors will complete training and begin turnkeying lessons as well.  Emory is building modules down the grade levels from high school to middle and then to elementary.
