In winter and spring of 2022, our district engaged in a strategic planning process in collaboration with the New Jersey School Boards Association.  This process brought together stakeholders from throughout the community to assess the impacts and efforts of our schools, to envision ways that we can best serve our students and community, and to establish goals and objectives to guide our efforts in the years to come.  On behalf of our district team, I express my thanks to all of the individuals that took part in this important process and particularly to Charlene Peterson from NJSBA for leading the initiative. 

At our Board of Education meeting on Monday, October 10th, a detailed overview of the Strategic Planning Process, inclusive of the goals and objectives that emerged, was presented.  The goals and objectives exist within four domains: Student Success, Staff Success, Community Outreach, and Facilities & Resources.   Our administrative team has aligned an action plan to achieve these goals and objectives. From the menu bar, you are able to access an action plan for each domain. 

The strategic planning process remains a collaborative effort, and I welcome any questions or feedback you may have as we make final adjustments and conduct a final review of the action plans prior to submitting to the New Jersey School Boards Association for publication.
