Xavier's new medical school opens in Fall 2027, with a pathway program for pre-med grads coming soon.
Our Early Action deadline is November 1, and honors applications are now integrated into the main Xavier application on the Common App.
This year, all admitted students receive a merit scholarship up to $33k, which can be stacked with our Visit Grant and FAFSA Early Filer Grant (for filing FAFSA before 12/1).
We've also added several new majors, including Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Genetics, Neuroscience, Microbiology, 3D Animation and Game Design, Non-Profit Management, and Speech, Language, and Communicative Behavior.

Priority Application Deadline – November 1, 2025: Merit scholarship consideration and priority deadline for competitive programs (except the College-Conservatory of Music, which will maintain the December 1 deadline for admissions application and pre-screening submission).
All Programs are Test-Optional: Students can choose whether to submit ACT/SAT scores for admission and scholarship consideration.
Earlier Decision Release: Priority applicants receive decisions on December 12th, 2025.

We would love for you to recommend students for our upcoming Lindner Business Honors Meet & Greet for this coming fall. If you know of a student, please fill out the referral form here. If students are asking, our Lindner Business Honors Meet & Greet will be on Saturday, September 27, 2025 - 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Lindner Business Honors attracts students who demonstrate exceptional academic performance, drive, ambition, leadership potential and an appetite for problem solving.
Students should have an unweighted GPA of 3.9 or higher
Students should be in the upper quartile of the ACT/SAT scores (if they are submitting a test score). Please note that the Lindner College of Business is test optional, and students do not have to submit a test score to be considered for Lindner Business Honors.
We recommend students are on the highest math trajectory that your high school offers.
Students must apply by November 1, 2025 to be considered for Lindner Business Honors & all UC scholarship opportunities.
MSJ is offering a $4,000 scholarship (awarded over four years) to Class of 2026 students who schedule and complete an official campus visit between July 1 and December 19, 2025. It’s a great way for students to experience our campus and earn scholarship support in the process.

UC Clermont Open House: Wednesday, October 1st from 4:30 – 6:30 pm!
UC Clermont offers low tuition, a convenient location, student support, and access to a nationally recognized University of Cincinnati degree. The Open House event is free and open to all prospective students and their families. During the event, students can preview academic programs, meet with faculty, tour campus, and discuss financial aid with staff members who will be available to answer questions. The $50 application fee will be waived for anyone who applies for admission that evening!

We are excited to let you know about a brand-new opportunity for your students: Green Light to Marshall: Join the Herd with On-the-Spot Admissions.
We will be piloting on-the-spot admissions decisions at our Green & White Day on Saturday, September 13th. Students who come prepared can walk away admitted to Marshall for Fall 2026.
Here's what they'll need to bring with them:
A copy of their high school transcript (grades 9-11 completed, 2.0 or higher GPA)
A completed Fast Track application (they can complete it ahead of time at this link Fast Track Application or in-person at the event)
The transcript must show their home high school if a student attends a career and technical center.
Students must be on track to graduate with a standard high school diploma.
Green & White Day is a great way to explore campus, connect with our incredible faculty and campus resources, and take that exciting first step to joining our Thundering Herd. Plus, students and their families can experience gameday with free football tickets to watch the Herd take on the Colonels of EKU.
