What degrees are offered in the partnership between Ignite and Gateway?
Gateway offers two degrees that scholars are eligible to earn during their time at Ignite. Courses taken at Gateway, NKU, or Thomas More can be applied toward the Gateway Associate degree.

How many hours are required for an associate degree?
An associate degree requires a total of 60 hours. Most Ignite students accomplish this with 12 hours in sophomore year, 30 hours in junior year, and 18 hours in senior year. Scholars may adapt their course load to their specific situation.
Do all courses have to be completed with Gateway?
No. The associate degree requires that 15 of the 60 total hours be completed with Gateway. Scholars may transfer in other college coursework completed at Ignite or their home high school.
