Multifactor Login -- Authenticator App
STEP 1
When prompted with the below message, please click Next.
STEP 2
Go to the iOS App Store or Google Play Store on your phone and download the application. Then click Next.
STEP 3
Be sure to locate and install the Microsoft Authentication App developed by Microsoft.
STEP 4
Click next.
STEP 5
In the phone app, please select Add Account.
STEP 6
Select Work or school account.
STEP 7
Select Scan QR code.
STEP 8
With your phone, scan the QR code on the computer. Click Next.
STEP 9
This screen will appear.
STEP 10
On your phone, click Approve.
STEP 11
Notification is approved. Click Next.
STEP 12
You have successfully set up Microsoft Authenticator with your phone.
