Hi everyone! My name is Ms. Sawyer, and I will be your math teacher on Cunningham Clan!

This is my first year teaching ever, and I am so excited to start my experience here with you! I student taught both at Gorham Middle School and Windham Middle School, and I have also substitute taught here at BEMS for about three years!

I was a student here as well, where I had both Mrs. Deering and Mrs. Klin as my teachers! I graduated from Bonny Eagle, and I went to the University of Southern Maine to study Education, where I graduated in May of 2026!

I currently live in Standish, where I spend my time with my mom and her 4 dogs, my dad and step mom, and my sister! I spend my summers in Cape Cod with my boyfriend Aidan, where I am a nanny for a family of three boys! We spend a lot of time going to the beach, going fishing, and so much more! I have a trip planned to Nashville, and I am so excited! In my free time, I love going to country concerts, going to the beach, shopping, trying new restaurants, and traveling!

I am so excited to learn and grow with you this year, as well as share my love for math with you all!
