As a Bonny Eagle alum and former employee, I'm happy to be returning to my "roots" serving the students and families here at BE in a new, though familiar, role. I look forward to helping students and their families as they plan for the next steps beyond high school!
My hobbies include spending time with my family, traveling, reading, solving word puzzles, and watching old movies.

A lover of ice cream, poetry, and basketball, I am a native Mainer and am thrilled to be doing what I love most: working with humans as they learn and grow. I was a school counseling intern at Bonny Eagle Middle School in the spring of 2021 and feel so lucky to continue my work with BE students here at the high school since then. My professional background is in education, coaching, food service, and restaurant management. I've changed career paths a few times and feel inspired by the counseling field, helping students understand themselves, other people, and the world around us. I am a huge advocate of holistic wellness and the importance of social-emotional communication.
I enjoy long, deep conversations, word puzzles, and making my wife laugh. In my spare time, I am often exercising, watching movies, reading a book, or planning some sort of project.

This is my eighth year working for the Bonny Eagle community. In that time I have gotten to know many great students and families. In all that time I have learned that all students deserve a place where they are seen, heard, and their experiences validated. What led me to school counseling was a need to help students and families as they navigate the ups and downs of school and life. Overall, it's my hope to help the class of 2025 learn who they are as it relates to the broader world and who they choose to be, as they decide their place in it.

Hello all! I am excited to be a part of the dynamic team of School Counselors at BEHS! I have been a School Counselor at BEMS since the fall of 2013. Before my start at BEMS, I was an elementary School Counselor for three years in Poland, Maine.
I grew up in Caribou, Maine. Aroostook County will always hold a special place in my heart. During my free time, I enjoy beach days, reading, playing board games, and exploring the outdoors with my two sons and dog.

This is my sixth year in the state of Maine, as I am originally from Oklahoma. I am an avid Big XII Football fan, I love animals, reading, and learning new things. I did not know that Counseling was where I wanted to be at the beginning of my career but I am very excited that that is the path I ended up taking. I am elated that I get to work with our High School students and help them learn and grow into who they are after High School. Before School Counseling I had a short stint as an EMT and after a few calls I knew helping today’s youth was where I was meant to be.
I enjoy true country music, mystery books, and watching football on the weekends.
