In the following text, you will find all the important information related to the activation of the courier's profile.
To register a courier, the following information is required:
Courier's first and last nameÂ
Phone number (+385...)
E-mail address
Personal Identification Number (OIB)
Certificate of good conduct (Potvrda o nekažnjavanju) - issued in the Republic of Croatia*
Identity card/Residence and work permit - for foreign citizens from 3rd world countries (persons who are not citizens of the Republic of Croatia or EEA countries) it is necessary to upload a valid working permit, from which it is visible for which company and position the person got it issued
The type of contract the company has with the courier and the number of working hours for which he/she is registered
The requested information has to be entered via the Fleet Owner Portal.
The application is considered complete when all the necessary data of the courier has been entered.
*this can be solicited at the e-građani/e-citizen portal OR at the Municipal court (Općinski sud)
Bag purchase
Bags and equipment can now be purchased here.
The application for couriers is called Bolt Courier.
In order for everything to be ready for the profile activation, we kindly ask couriers to download the application before picking up the bag.
After picking up the bag, the registration is considered complete, and the profile will be activated as soon as possible (within 24 hours of picking up the bag).
The courier can switch to a new fleet.
When transferring the courier to another fleet, it is necessary to re-enter the application via the form.
After the application has been entered, and the current fleet owner has confirmed the transfer of the courier, the transfer will be carried out as soon as possible.
If you want to deactivate a courier from your fleet, please:
send an e-mail to croatia-courier@bolt.eu and inform us that you are deactivating a courier from the fleet
if the courier has a debt (cash that he/she did not deposit in the restaurant in full) the profile will be deactivated after the debt is settled
we send the account details through which the debt can be settled to the couriers on a weekly basis
after the courier settles the debt, it is necessary to contact us back and send a payment confirmation
