*Every kilometer traveled from the moment of acceptance to the delivery of the order is paid for.

Explanation of earnings view for single and batched orders:

the pre-shown earnings per order are an estimate, and the exact paid earnings are visible at the end of the order

• for batched orders, when you get the first order, you see the estimate for the first order only. When another order is linked to it, you will see an estimate of the total earnings for the bulk order

In order to enable the most successful use of the Bolt Courier application, we are sending a display of the areas with the largest number of orders in Zagreb (darker fields indicate an increased number of orders).

Additionally, for waiting time in restaurants longer than 15 min you will get an automatic cash compensation. It will be visible in the delivery details right after completing the delivery. It means you don’t have to write a message to our Support every time.
