Give your new employee an easy first week win by giving them a small and manageable assignment (i.e. independent study project, watch a Ted Talk. or learn and browse the department's website)
Introduce your new employee to Bronco Hub! This site provides an overview of Bronco Hub functionality for HR/HCM and Financial/OFC actions.
Dig deeper and have authentic dialogue on the value of a connective-culture and how it about shared experiences, social connections and a sense of belonging.

Independent Study
Independent study time is designed for them to reflect their onboarding material in their own space. This time may be used for organizing their notes, browsing your department's website, creating their recognition profile and to simply have a learning break.
