Prior to the end of your first semester in the program, students must complete the Student and Advisor Agreement Form. (available on the Program's Forms page)
The student and faculty member should meet and complete the form and discussion checklist together.
The advising agreement requires the student and advisor to discuss and agree upon how the student will fund the remainder of their degree program.
The advisor submits the form, and the form is sent to the program general inbox for approval once the student signs it digitally.
