Concussion baseline testing
Athlete's competing in contact & collision sports will be baselined with the c3Logix Concussion assessments
We will be conducting Concussion Baseline Assessments by appointment from August 1st through August 5th from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm in preparation for the start of fall sports on August 8th. If you are avaible, please try to make an appointment to get this completed.
ONLY ATHLETE'S WHO ARE FRESHMAN AND JUNIORS will need to complete this!!
