ONLINE ATHLETIC Paperwork
All athletes are required to complete online paperwork one time each school year. Once completed they are valid for all sports occurring in that school year.
All paperwork can be completed and physicals uploaded to "Aktivate".
Directions on how to register in Aktivate are on the icons to the right. You only need ONE (1) account!!
If you have more than one child competing in athletics it is NOT NECESSARY to create multiple accounts.
DO NOT create a new account if you have used Aktivate in the past.

Once logged into Aktivate:
Make sure you are in the correct school year (2025-2026)!
Complete all of your athlete's information
Click on the red bars to complete requirements
Click the on the ORANGE button (lower left screen) for live chat help.
Do you need to ADD a sport to your athlete's account? Click here for directions on how to do that!
Do you have a 9th grade athlete competing for both the Junior High AND the High School?! Make sure you register in Aktivate for BOTH schools!! Click here for directions on how to do that!
