JH Management Plan
- - Saint Alphonsus is currently contracted to perform baseline assessments and follow-up care for those athlete's who have suffered a concussion while in season for a sport at the Junior High Schools.
  - They will be following the BSD Management Plan with only minor differences as outlined in the JH Management Plan Document

Assessment Tools:

Sports Medicine Staff will be using the SCAT-6 Concussion Assessment Tool (or something similar) to help gather information about an athlete when assessing for a concussion.
