This is for all counseling services-included but not limited to couples counseling, individual counseling, telehealth, etc!
Q&A
We can, however, we only are able to see the estimate for your copayment. We won't be able to have the exact amount until AFTER the claims have processed through insurance. To get an exact amount please call your insurance to verify your benefits and let our office staff know so that they can update it on your account!

Call your insurance and ask them what your benefits are under the clinician's full name that you are seeing. You can check your clinician's full name on our website or you can text/call 801-821-4501.
Our intake is $180 (The first session), and other sessions after that is $150! We also accept HSA cards or Clergy pay.
Contact our office by emailing billing@bluebeecs.com or by texting/calling 801-821-4501. Let them know that you would like to switch to using your insurance benefits. You may also want to call and check with your insurance that you are covered first as well.
After this then our billing staff or office team will send you an updated link to the insurance document on your portal where you will then sign that we are allowed to use your insurance and then you can upload the photos of your insurance card from there.
One of the biggest reasons for copayments accruing is that it took us a few weeks on our end to find out your estimated copayment. By then, your copayments probably accrued over those weeks to the amount. This is also why we ask all of our clients to call their insurances to verify their copayments prior to their sessions so that this doesn't become a financial burden.
If it does accrue, we are happy to work with you in splitting them up into payments to get it paid off in whatever time frame works for you!
Our office staff works on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Because of this, Friday and Saturday appointments will get charged the following day that the office is open. Our office staff also manually charges the cards per sessions, and because of this we are human and may miss a few sessions as well. We apologize when this happens as we are trying to get payments done on the same day besides the appointments outside of Tuesday-Thursday.
