Welcome! My name is Mrs. Lewis - I will be your BMS Orchestra Director starting this year! I am excited to meet all of you and I look forward to a great year of music making! Please read below for parent instructions for the start of the year:

Orchestra "Tune-up Day" will take place Saturday August 19th from 9-12 noon in the BHS Orchestra Room. This event will include a general parent and student information, and Booster Club orders. This is a come & go event, however, it is not required for middle school.

Please read the BMS Orchestra Handbook thoroughly. Students will receive a physical copy the handbook in class. After reading the Handbook, please complete the Student Registration & Handbook Acknowledgment Form.

Next, please review the Orchestra Calendar and mark your personal calendar with up-coming orchestra dates. Please read the attendance policies stated in the Orchestra Handbook. It is crucial that any schedule conflicts are communicated as soon as possible.

Please Note: All calendar dates are subject to change. Notifications will be sent regarding any scheduling changes.
