Teachers can customize to meet the needs of teachers and students and include components such as a weekly grades and attendance tracker, Unit Test performance, PDSA goal setting, and STAAR goal setting.

Ensure Accessibility: Creating and displaying a QR code that links to the class digital data folder and PDSA ensures accessibility for teachers, students, and classroom visitors.
Model Expectations: Demonstrate to students how to input data, interpret information, and reflect on progress within their digital data folders.
Regular Check-Ins: Continuously provide opportunities for students to update and reflect on their progress, goals, and action steps.
Provide Personalized Feedback: After students update their data folders, provide personalized feedback to address individual strengths and areas of improvement and ensure student accountability.
Celebrate Progress and Achievements: Regularly acknowledge and celebrate student achievements and progress, individually or as a class, to build motivation and a positive learning environment.
