Official Transcripts
Students needing official transcripts will need to request one through Parchment, a website utilized by BISD to send transcripts to colleges and universities.
When setting up an account on Parchment, make sure to use a personal email address (not your BISD email) as you will keep this account past graduation.
The first 3 transcripts are free!

*Note: There is a $5 fee for alumni when ordering a transcript.
BHS asks that you not request a transcript simply to view. Transcripts can be viewed in Focus, located in the same place that you find your report cards. Please reserve Parchment requests for college admissions purposes. BHS will not fulfill requests to view.
Graduates of Classes of 2019 and earlier
If you graduated from BHS before May 2020, you will need to request your transcripts through our Records Management Office. You may call 817-547-5619 or use this link to place an order: https://birdvilleisd.revtrak.net/Transcripts.

Unofficial transcripts can be found under "Reports" on Focus. These are updated every January and June. If you cannot see your transcript, try changing the year in Focus to the previous school year.
