The 12 Days of Innovation is a fully virtual learning experience designed for busy educators. There are no live sessions—everything is on-demand so you can participate anytime, from anywhere.
This year, we’ve brewed up a refreshed structure that gives you time to learn, reflect, and apply each idea more meaningfully:
Odd-numbered days: Watch a short video and complete a quick reflection.
Even-numbered days: Explore additional resources and complete a simple application task.
Each day’s content is delivered straight to your inbox so you never miss a day.
This two-day rhythm helps you slow down, dive deeper, and bring new ideas into your work—one cup at a time.

💳How Your Credit Gets Brewed
You can earn up to 6 hours of flex/CPE credit during the 12 Days.
Each completed daily form is worth 30 minutes of flex/CPE credit.
You will receive one certificate showing the total number of hours earned.
For BISD employees, any flex hours earned during the 12 Days of Innovation are valid for the 2025-2026 school year.
Complete as many days as you'd like—every bit of learning counts.

The 12 Days of Innovation begins on December 3rd, 2025, with each freshly brewed day of learning released every workday (Monday–Friday) through December 18th. Every video, resource, and activity will be emailed directly to you and posted on the website for easy access.
You can complete the daily learning anytime throughout December 3, 2025 and January 23, 2026—there are no live sessions and no set times, giving you the freedom to learn whenever it fits your schedule.
To receive flex/CPE credit for the days you complete, all reflection and application forms must be submitted by January 23, 2026.
This extended, brewed-for-flexibility window ensures you can participate at your own pace—whether you sip through one day at a time or take in several all at once.

Once you're registered:
You’ll receive an informational email on December 1st with everything you need to know before the learning begins.
Each day’s learning page will be delivered straight to your inbox, Monday through Friday, from December 3rd–18th.
You can also access each day’s video, resources, and forms on the website beginning on the day they are released.
