Goal 1
Yesterday we talked about feedback and specifically students being able to receive timely feedback in writing with Class Companion. Recaps are generated using yesterday’s video alongside NotebookLM.
Select one or more of the resources to the right to explore. Consider how these approaches to feedback could enhance your students’ understanding and motivation. Reflect on how AI might help provide actionable insights that go beyond a grade or score. If you are not a teacher, still explore the resources, but be sure to check out the alternative task page listed for you!
Using the concepts from the Day 5 video and the provided resources, create a plan or sample activity that incorporates AI-supported feedback in your writing instruction or content area using Class Companion. Test or simulate how the AI feedback aligns with your own and how you would guide students in responding to it. If you create a Class Companion lesson, please share it in the form! Directions for how to get the link to share a lesson are here.
If you are not a teacher, don't forget to check out some of the other ways to explore Class Companion and tasks you can complete today under the resources!
Share your reflections and, if applicable, a link or file of your activity in the Day 6 Google Form below to earn 30 minutes of CPE/Flex Credit.
