Credit Transfer Process

• Official Bard College transcripts are required to initiate credit transfers.

• You can request a final Bard College transcript here. Please enter the information below as you complete the online transcript request form. 

  • Search, "Bard College," the institution that is sending the transcript

  • Enter your legal name 

  • Enter your  Bard College student ID number -located in the upper right corner of your Bard College transcript. Your SSN is not required. 

  • IMPORTANT: Select the option to “hold for a degree or final grades.”

  • Where do you want the transcript to go? Admissions/registrar

Depending on the school, you may need to list a physical address, email for admissions, or a school contact person on the final step. 

• • Degree type: AA in Liberal Studies

  • Who are you sending your transcript to? Select College or university

  • Department? Undergraduate Admissions

  • When do you want your transcript processed? Select After degree is awarded or as is, if you need the transcript immediately. Students who choose the second option need to repeat this process to access a final transcript.

  • Why are you ordering your transcript? Select other. 

  • Pay the $5. 40 application fee

*ATTENTION: DO NOT USE THIS FORM TO REQUEST UNOFFICIAL BARD COLLEGE TRANSCRIPTS. Unofficial Bard transcripts are available free of charge to current Bard High School students in the college program. Please contact Jon Cann, jcann@bhsec.bard.edu, to request a copy of your transcript.
