Yoga Club is a group dedicated to the practice of Yoga. We practice poses while learning about the philosophies of yoga and how it can be used to manage stress, improve the mind and body, and increase strength and flexibility. Through the study and practice of yoga, students will gain an understanding of their bodies, their minds, and the way they deal with the daily challenges of being a teenager.Â
