Debate is a club where OFHS students can speak on important matters and potential solutions to political and philosophical issues within a friendly and passionate environment. In debate, you will learn and practice skills that some of the best speakers in modern media and government share alike such as research, analysis, critical thinking and a general foundation of public discourse. Some of our topics include but are not limited to: Required IQ tests for voting, Universal Healthcare, Artificial intelligence and Capital punishment.
