Welcome to the Black Horse Pike Regional School District's
Special Education Website!
We take great pride in the quality of special education supports and services provided to our students with disabilities, and recognize the need to provide additional support to parents and families as well.
Though this site will offer a great deal of information to help you and your family navigate through challenges, we encourage you to reach out to your child's Case Manager if you feel your student is experiencing significant academic, social, or emotional difficulties at school.
Designed With YOU in Mind! If you find yourself in need of additional information or resources not currently available on this site, please contact your child's Case Manager or complete the request for information form on the Contact Us page.
Here you will find links to new information added to the site as well as time sensitive information about upcoming events, deadlines, etc. If you have any information about upcoming events you want to share, please email the Site Administrator, or your child's Case Manager.
To provide educators and parents information on the outcomes of students with disabilities, each year the New Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE) issues Special Education Local District Profile Public Reports. Each local education agency’s Special Education Profile for 2021-2022 will be on the Department’s website.

The Disability Resource Hub is a partnership between the College of Education at William Paterson University and the Julia Anne Kirsch Foundation. The Hub provides information and guidance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families to help them understand the myriad of resources available from governmental and other sources and how to obtain them. The Hub also guides families in connection with the various issues that arise as families plan for their children’s future care and financial considerations. The Hub works with families via online information, individual consultations, group seminars and other informational sessions.
