We encourage you to use our teaching staff as the first line of defense when students are struggling academically. Teachers are available after school for extra help on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 2:05 - 2:40 pm. These are the days late buses are available. Students and teachers can work out other days and times, but transportation services may not be available.
National Honor Society Tutoring - NHS tutors are available in all three schools upon request. Contact your learner's school counselor for more information.
Literacy Lab - Students in need of extra support with reading or writing skills may visit the Literacy Lab, located in each school's LMC. (Meeting times will be determined)
Literacy Cafe- Students in need of extra support meet after school to enhance reading and writing skills. (Meeting times will be determined.)

Live Online Tutoring - This service is available through the Camden County Library System and offers one-on-one live online tutoring for students, job seekers, and adult learners through Tutor.com. Available daily from 2 p.m. to 12 a.m. Browse thousands of study, career, and test prep resources which are available 24/7. A Camden County Library Card and an internet connection are required, however you can also access Tutor.com through your mobile device. Hoopla - Offered through the Camden County Library System, Hoopla allows users to instantly borrow digital movies, music, audiobooks, eBooks and more, 24/7 with your library card and view them on your computer, tablet, or phone. Struggling readers can find many titles from our English courses available in audiobook format along with a wide array of independent reading book choices.
Overdrive - Overdrive is a collection of eBooks and audiobooks shared with libraries throughout South Jersey which can be viewed on a computer, tablet, or smartphone. You will need your Camden County Library card.
Purdue Online Writing Lab - The OWL site houses free writing resources and materials to assist students and users worldwide find information to assist with any kind of writing project. Topics include the writing process, grammar, mechanics, punctuation, and MLA formatting. They even have a YouTube channel full of helpful videos and mini-tutorials you can view here.
IXL - the BHPRSD is currently running the IXL online program. IXL is an internet-based program which allows students to take a diagnostic assessment for both math and ELA. The program then provides the students with a list of recommended skills and opportunities to practice them. Students can log-in to IXL from the BHPRSD IXL launch page using the same username and password they use to log-in to their Chromebooks. Science, Social Studies, and Spanish content is also available!
